Requirements
As of 1 January 2001 an organizational change can no longer be controlled by means of an SI group change in infotype 0059. It can then only be controlled by changing the organizational assignment in infotype 0001.
If you use the report Industrial Insurance Board Notification [Meldingen Bedrijfsvereiniging], infotype 0409 (External Agencies NL) must be included in dynamic hiring actions [indiensttreding]. For organizational change and re-entry actions you must first delimit an old IT0409 record before you can create a new record with the correct assignment to the executive authority and/or representing legal person that is likely to have changed.
Standard settings
Recommendation
If you use the report Social Insurance Notifications you must include infotype 0059 in the Hiring, Organizational Change, Leaving and Re-entry actions. This proposal is included in the SAP standard setup for table T588D.
For a retroactive Hiring action you must set all social insurances to Not Insured (0) in IT 0059!
