To create a batch input session, use transaction SA38 to start report RPICASN0.

You can use this report to create a batch input session to fill the field 'Representing Legal Person' (REPER) in infotypes
- Pensions NL (0110),
- CBS NL (0408),
- External Agencies NL (0409)
This initialization ensures that the Legal Person is filled in the 3 above-mentioned infotypes.
The change is valid as of the start date of the default selection period 01.01.2001 up to and including 31.12.9999.
Pension schemes 001 up to and including 009, if available, are converted for infotype IT0110 (Pensions NL).
To start initialization, run the batch input session created by the report. You can always create a session again or re-run it, thus creating new records for the 3 infotypes.

Requirements
- The Legal Persons must be customized.
- Persons may not be assigned more than one valid infotype 0110, 408 or 409 in the selection period defined by the Start Date and the End Date.

Activities
First use this report to create the batch input session. Then use it to fill the infotypes for the employees selected for this batch input session. Finally, use the check program again to check the data in the infotypes.
