This program checks the customizing with reference to the new set-up for relationship management. A number of internal consistency checks are carried out in the period selected. The report generates a list of inconsistencies found (and, if required, a list of persons for whom no errors were found).
General checks:
The structures for representing legal persons, authorities and relationships are checked with reference to internal consistency. For example, checks are carried out to see if any representing legal persons exist with more than one relationship with an executive authority, the tax authority or the CBS (this is not allowed for these authorities; it is, however, allowed for pension funds). Checks are also carried out to see if addresses have been filled for all representing legal persons and/or if the registration numbers entered are valid for the type of authority with which a relationship has been created.
Individual checks:
Feature check: Checks are carried out to see if relationships do actually exist between the representing legal persons assigned via the features and the authority type entered. Example: if an employee is assigned representing legal person R005 via feature NLR01, this legal person must have a relationship with an executive authority. The system does not check whether employees are assigned to the representing legal persons that represent the legal persons for whom the employee works. This is not possible as it must remain possible to define representing legal persons for legal persons for, for example, the executive authorities.
Registration number check: The system carries out checks to see if the registration numbers (for the executive authorities, the tax authorities and the arbodienst [labor conditions and absenteeism monitoring body])assigned to an employee on the basis of the old table T5N9A are the same as the registration numbers assigned to the employee under the new system (in particular with reference to features NLR01, NLR02 and NLR06 and the new tables T5N9P, T5N9I and T5N9R).
Infotype check: The system carries out checks to see if the representing legal person assigned to the employee via the features has been filled correctly in infotypes 0110, 0408 and 0409. For infotype 0409 the system uses the registration number assigned to the representing legal person to check if it corresponds with the subtype of infotype 0409 (GAK, (=1) Cadans ex-Detam (=2), Cadans ex-BVG (=3)).

Use this report to check the customizing of the relationships without checking the data in the infotypes. Then run the batch input session to fill the field 'Representing Legal Person' in the infotypes. Finally, check the infotypes again using this report.
