As of 1 January 2001 it is necessary to manage the relationships between your internal organization and the external agencies using representing legal persons (REPERs). A REPER is defined on the basis of an unambiguous assignment of your employees, for which you enter the data per employee in the fields LEPER (legal person), BTRTL (personnel area), PERSG (personnel group) and PERSK (employee group) in infotype 0001.
Representing legal persons are assigned using the following features:
- NLR01 Assignment to representing legal persons: Industr. Ins. Board [UVI]
- NLR02 Assignment to representing legal persons: Tax office [Belastingdienst]
- NLR03 Assignment to representing legal persons: Pension Funds [Pensioenfondsen]
- NLR04 Assignment to representing legal persons: CBS
- NLR06 Assignment to representing legal persons: Arbodienst
- NLR07 Assignment to representing legal persons: REO [RBA]
- NLR99 Assignment to representing legal persons: Other
This action enables you to define and change the features. As of 01-01-2006, NLR01 and NLR02 are no longer valid. Instead, the LEPER can be defined according to the following reference: JUPER.
Example
Your organization has relationships with both a tax official, and a legal person. The latter is represented at the external agencies by a representing legal person. This means that the other three parameters that are necessary for defining a REPER for the relationship with the tax official are not used. The structure of the feature gives the result directly after evaluation of the parameter.
Requirements
Standard settings
As a standard, SAP provides examples of features. Modification of these features, as well as adaptation to your organization structure is your own responsibility
Recommendation
The representing legal person structure is effective retroactively on the basis of T5N9A , firstly, so that it can be used to notify the executive authorities of personnel either having left or being hired when transferring personnel from group to division. Please note, however, that your REPER structure must mirror this transfer in feature NLR01, otherwise the transfer will not be reported to the executive authorities. In other words, your personnel must belong to a REPER group before 01.01.2001,and your employees must belong to a REPER division as of 01.01.2001.
Secondly, the REPER structure is effective retroactively so that the system can support retroactive NSI notifications.
Activities
Select and modify the required features to meet the requirements of your organizational structure.
