Detail View for Creating Addresses in Central Address Management. This view is based on view V_T536C for creating and changing specific HR addresses, particularly addresses of internal agencies (representing legal persons), external agencies (Employee Insurance Agencies (UWVs) tax officials, pension funds etc.), as well as the relevant contacts.

Standard settings
SAP does not provide sample address data.
Recommendation
The following conventions apply to creating address keys (a total of 8 positions is permitted):
The first two positions correspond to the address type, e.g. RP for representing legal person, EA for external agency, CR for contact for REPER and CA for contact for external agency.
Positions 3 - 6 correspond to the REPER code or the external agency code, listed in tables T5N9P and T5N9I.
The last 2 positions are freely definable. These may be used, for example, to number the various addresses of an agency.

Choose the address type and manage the addresses. You can choose the address key, in which case you should check the conventions.
