When implementing the premium savings scheme the employer can set a maximum for the premium that is paid on top of the savings amount. This can impose restrictions on the premium percentage defined in the previous IMG step.

Example

Suppose the employer pays 50% premium on top of the savings amount up to a maximum of NLG 1,114. As soon as the employee's annual savings amount exceeds NLG 2,228, no more premium will be paid.
