Pension types that are calculated on a yearly basis need pensionable salaries (also called 100% salaries) that contain an amount applicable to a full working period. Personnel calculation rule NPS4 generates such pensionable salaries. In case of pro rata calculations you might need to change the key date. In this Customizing activity you can change this key date.
Requirements
Standard settings
The default key date in the SAP standard delivery is set to the first day of the month.
Activities
Copy calculation rule NPS4 into a new calculation rule.
If necessary, change the key date (FRST) in the new calculation rule.
In schema NAL0 (or own copy of it), change the call for calculation rule NPS4 into your new calculation rule.
Further notes
In the standard system, the #normal# (including pro rata) pensionable salaries are stored in the technical wages types /150 to /167 (inclusive). The 100% pensionable salaries are stored in the technical wage types /381 to /389 (inclusive).
