Use
In this Customizing activity you can create pension indicators and link them to pension schemes.
A pension indicator is a unique code that is linked to the type of pension scheme that the employee is a member of. A pension indicator is linked to the following amounts and calculation methods, which you can also define:
- Pensionable Salary
You can enter the technical wage types that contain the pensionable salaries and also a minimum and maximum pensionable salary per employee and employer. - Increment Percentage
You can enter different increment percentages. Increment percentages are used to increase the annual salary, for example, to include vacation allowances. You can also enter minimum and maximum increment percentages, for example, when these percentages are required by specific collective labor agreements. - ER and EE Free Allowance (franchise)
You can enter the employer's and the employee's allowance; that means, the amount to be deducted from the pensionable salary when calculating the employer's and employee's contributions. You enter either a daily or an annual amount, depending on the method you want to use. - EE and ER Contribution Data
You enter the following data: - The technical wage types that contain the various contributions.
- Minimum and maximum contribution amounts for employer and employee. Depending on the method used, you can enter a daily or an annual amount
- If you want to deduct the contributions as a percentage or as a fixed amount
- If the employer supplements the employee's contribution (depending on collective labor agreement)

- Factoring
- First Payroll Period
- Part-time Calculation
