Use

In this Customizing activity you can create pension funds for your company and link them to the appropriate pension scheme or schemes.

Requirements

You have already defined pension schemes. For this, refer to Customizing for Pensions under Create pension schemes

Standard settings

The SAP standard delivers some model pension schemes, which you can rename according to your requirements.

Recommendation

You can copy and rename the existing pension schemes and decide if you want to copy the records that are linked to the pension schemes. However, we recommend that you create new pension schemes and perform the activities in the order described in Customizing.

Activities

Create new pension funds and link them to a pension scheme

  1. Create a new entry.
  2. Select a pension scheme indicator for the new entry.
  3. Delimit the entry.
  4. Select a pension fund.
  5. Save your entry.

Copy existing pension funds and link them to a pension scheme

  1. Select a pension fund.
  2. Copy this entry.
  3. Make the necessary changes.
  4. Choose either to copy only the selected pension scheme or the pension scheme with all its records.
  5. Save your entry.
