Use

In this Customizing activity, you assign the Digipoort Data to the Representing Legal Person of your organizational structure.

Requirements

You have already defined:

  1. Your Representing Legal Persons. For this, refer to the Customizing for Authority and Relationship Management under Basic Settings -> Authority and Relationship Management.
  2. The data for the contact of the external agency. For this, refer to the Customizing activity Define Addresses for Relationship Management.

Standard settings

In the standard system:

  • The tax number (loonheffingennummer) for the Administration Unit (Administrative Eenheid) is defined together with the data for the relationship Legal Person and Tax Authority (authority type 02) in the Reg. Number field.
  • The name and the telephone number of the contact person for the Administration Unit (Administrative Eenheid) is defined together with the data for the relationship Legal Person and Executive Authorities (UWV, authority type 01).
  • The bank account number for the Administration Unit (Administrative Eenheid) is defined together with the data for the relationship Legal Person and Digipoort (authority type 08).
  • The data for the Chain Party (Ketenpartij) is defined together with the data for the relationship Legal person and Digipoort (authority type 08).

Activities

You have to consider the following:

  • The registration number, in this case the 'loonheffingennummer', is a compulsory entry.
  • The bank account entry must have 11 digits and the following format:
    • The first digit must be either 'B' or 'P'.
    • The 10 following digits correspond to the bank account number. If the bank account number has less than 10 digits, the numbers of bank account must be right aligned, with leading zeros.
  • The name of the contact person must be entered in the C/O field.
