Use

In this Customizing activity, you can define the addresses for representing external agencies and contacts for external agencies for the Electronic Illness and Recovery Reporting.

Requirements

Standard settings

The standard system does not provide sample address data.

Activities

You have to apply the following conventions when creating address keys:

  • A maximum of 8 positions is allowed.
  • The first two positions correspond to the address type. The address type for representing external agencies is EI and for contacts for external agencies, CI.
  • Positions 3 to 6 correspond to the external agency code. For more information about this code, refer to the Customizing for Management of Representing Legal Person Data and Management of External Agency Data.
  • The last two positions can be freely assigned. You can use them, for example, to identify several addresses of an agency.
