The evaluation classes 02 and 03 determine how a wage type is to be printed.

In this step, you set up the the specifications in these evaluation classes. Evaluation class 02 applies to all forms except for the payroll account. Evaluation class 03 applies to the payroll account.

You also enter specifications in evaluation classes 02 and 03 for the individual wage types.

Example

You want to include the gross wage types on the remuneration statement. Thus, you enter the corresponding specification in evaluation class 02:

Activities

  1. Define the specifications for evaluation class 02:
    1. Choose the activity Define evaluation class 02.
    2. Specify the country grouping for which the entries are valid.
    3. Enter the required specifications.
    4. Choose Table view -> Save.
  2. Define the specifications for evaluation class 03.
    Proceed as in steps 1a to 1d.
  3. Define the specification that evaluation class 02 should have for the required wage types:
    1. Choose the activity Define specification for evaluation class 02 for a wage type.
    2. Enter a country grouping.
    3. Mark a wage type.
    4. Choose Goto -> Detail.
    5. Enter a specification.
    6. Choose Table view -> Save.
  4. Define the specification for evaluation class 03 in the required wage type.
    Proceed as in steps 3a to 3f.
