This step enables you to adjust loan accounting by creating your own Personnel calculation rule. You can use this calculation rule to access the calculated loan wage types. You can also store your own wage types with loan results.

Note

You should only process this step, if the loan wage types should be handled differently by your company than in the standard delivery.

Standard settings

In the standard delivery no personnel calculation rules are called by the function P0045 in personnel calculation schema NLON (Loan Accounting).

Recommendation

Activities

Copy the Standard calculation rule for the Loan calculation NLON in your own personnel calculation rule.

  1. Change the settings of the personnel calculation rule you copied.
  2. In schema " Loan processing" activate your personnel calculation rule and deactivate the standard calculation rule NLON.

Instead of using a personnel calculation rule you can also use a SAP enhancement to access Loan Accounting. For further information please see note 121940.
