In this step, you can indicate for each guaranteed net amount wage type which contribution wage types calculated during the payroll run are to be compensated. This concerns contribution wage types that are not or not fully dependent on the salary amount, such as private health insurance contributions and income-independent pension contributions as well as fiscal additions to taxable income, for example, for which you would want to compensate the employee.
To make compensation of these wage types technically possible, they are deleted from the calculation during the '0 loop'. In the system, therefore, the amounts are not included in the calculation without the guaranteed net amount; instead they are included in the calculation with the guaranteed net amount. As a consequence, the amounts will therefore be compensated. In the 'Time' field, an indication is given of when the relevant contribution must be deleted. Here, the earliest possible time must be selected. This will often be '1 Before the pension calculation'. However, in some cases, this is not possible. Pension contributions are calculated in the pension contribution calculation and can therefore only be deleted after the pension calculation. The default value for 'Loop number' field should be 'Loop 0 (= 1st iteration)'.
