This step enables you to define user wage types that are applicable to net/gross iteration, as defined in the previous IMG step.
Example
Requirements
The two wage types relevant to the end result must be present and coded in the same way as normal gross wage types (table wage or special income).
Standard settings
A sample model wage type Supplementary WAO Benefit is supplied by SAP as part of the standard delivery. Please note that you have to code the wage types applicable to guaranteed net amounts.
&RECOMMENDATION
Activities
Define the user wage types applicable to net/gross iteration.
Further notes
The result is stored in the two technical wage types assigned to the separate user wage types. The first wage type is used for the net increase, the second for gross increase minus net increase. The total gross increase is the sum of the two wage types.
The "Special Routine" field is used to conrol the net/gross iteration. The following special routines are included in the SAP standard delivery:
NGCIO: This special routine switches off cumulative retroactive accounting for SI contributions in the 1st iteration run. This is especially important if the total payment consists mainly of a net payment, and one other or several small (or negative) gross wage elements.
NETLN: This special routine ensures that the guaranteed net amount actually appears as net wage on the remuneration statement, even if there are additional gross wage elements. It may be necessary, however, to first set up the "Control Table for Guaranteed Net Amounts" (T5N0G, see relevant IMG step).
NETUB: This special routine ensures that the guaranteed net amount appears as payable amount on the remuneration statement, even if there are additional gross or net wage elements. It may be necessary, however,to first set up the "Control Table for Guaranteed Net Amounts" (T5N0G, see relevant IMG step).
