Standard settings

The following settings are supplied with the standard delivery:

  • Use of actual days
  • Sick pay calculation without affecting gross and net wage types.
  • Cumulation class 73 indicates which wage types are used to determine the fixed basis for sick pay.
  • For the average calculation, wage type /201 indicates which wage types are used to determine the variable basis for sick pay.
  • Absence types that correspond to 'sickness' are included in the calculation of sick days (T554S).

Recommendation

Activities

  1. In schema NAL0 determine which calculation method is required and define the parameters for function NZG00 (conversion of gross wage types resulting from sickness).
  2. Adjust the constants relevant for the calculation of sick pay.
  3. In schema NNET determine the required variant.
