Example
In this feature you can enter eight leave types, in the first 8 positions (in front of the /), for the agreed number of days paid leave, etc., e.g. leave type 01 and 03.
An additional four leave types can be entered for the agreed number of non-working days, etc., e.g. leave type 50.
Finally, one leave type can be entered for parental leave, e.g. leave type 17.
Requirements
The feature is used in the CBS program 'RPLCBSN0' and in the function 'NINFD' in the payroll schema (NL).
Standard settings
Either the pay scale indicator [CAO code] is made up of the number of leave days/hours to which a person is entitled (3 positions) plus the number of ADV days/hours (3 positions), or the pay scale indicator stored in infotype 0408 'CBS NL' is used.
Recommendation
Use pay scale indicators that can be stored in infotype 0408 'CBS NL'.
Further notes
Please note that the same type of leave types are separated by a '-' and that a '/' is used to separate the 3 individual leave types.
