In this IMG step you can use the optical archiving tool to store the employment tax and national insurance return created at company level for each tax authority registration number.
The following steps enter at length into the required customizing.
Prerequisite Steps
You have created and configured an optical archive.
Standard Settings
SAP supplies object type STATPAYPER and document type HRONLBPV as part of the standard delivery for the employment tax and national insurance return.
Choose SAP Web Application Server > Basis Services > SAP ArchiveLink > Basic Settings > Links Maintain in the reference IMG to perform the necessary customizing.
Further Information
If you do not wish to use an optical archive and only wish to store a limited amount of data, you can use the SAP CONTENT SERVER. For more information, choose Basis > Basis Services > SAP Knowledge Provider > Content Management Service in the SAP Library.
