Pension contributions can be entered manually, i.e. via user wage types and processed in gross/net accounting (contribution indicator '3' in infotype Pensions NL (0110).

In this step you can define the settings for copying user wage tyes to the appropriate technical wage types. The user wage types are stored in RT.

Standard settings

The following options are available:

  • Leave wage type unchanged in input table (IT)
  • Copy wage type to /3PA and employee's contribution to pension 1
  • Copy wage type to /3PC and employee's contribution to pension 2
  • Copy wage type to /3PE and employee's contribution to pension 3
  • Copy wage type to /3PG and employee's contribution to pension 4
  • Copy wage type to /3PI and employee's contribution to pension 5
  • Copy wage type to /3PK and employee's contribution to pension 6
  • Copy wage type to /3PM and employee's contribution to pension 7
  • Copy wage type to /3PO and employee's contribution to pension 8
  • Copy wage type to /3PQ and employee's contribution to pension 9
  • Copy wage type to /3P1 and employer's contribution to pension 1
  • Copy wage type to /3P2 and employer's contribution to pension 2
  • Copy wage type to /3P3 and employer's contribution to pension 3
  • Copy wage type to /3P4 and employer's contribution to pension 4
  • Copy wage type to /3P5 and employer's contribution to pension 5
  • Copy wage type to /3P6 and employer's contribution to pension 6
