The personnel calculation rule NPS4 enables you to generate the pensionable salaries for pension types calculated on a yearly basis. These pensionable salaries are called 100% pensionable salaries and are amounts applicable to the total working period.
It may be necessary to change the key date with reference to factoring.
In this step you can change the key date in calculation rule NPS4.

The default setting in SAP for the key date is the first day of the month.
Recommendation
Activities
- Copy calculation rule NPS4 to ZPS4 and if necessary change the key date (FRST) in ZPS4.
- Change the call of calculation rule NPS4 to ZPS4 in schema NAL0.
Further notes
- The standard pensionable salaries (including proportional pensionable salary amounts) are stored in the technical wage types /150 to /167.
- The 100 % pensionable salaries are stored in the technical wage types /381 to /389.
