Requirements

Before performing this activity, you should:

  1. Create a Company Code via the implementation guide, in the section section Company Structure -> Definition -> Financial Management -> Defining, copying, deleting, checking Company Codes.
  2. Create a Personnel Area via the implementation guide, in the section Company Structure -> Definition -> Human Resources -> Personnel Areas.
  3. Create a Personnel Subarea via the implementation guide in the section Company Structure -> Definition - HR Management -> Personnel Subareas.
  4. Assign a Personnel Area to the Company Code via the Implementation Guide, section Company Structure -> Assignation -> Human Resources Management ->Assign Personnel Area to Company Code.
  5. Assign an employer registration number to the Company Code via the Implementation Guide, in the section Personnel management -> Personnel management -> Payroll data -> IMSS Data -> Assign IMSS employer registration number to personnel area/subarea .

Activities

To perform this activity:

  1. Select a personnel area/subarea.
  2. Assign the corresponding legal person to it.
  3. Save your entries.
