In this activity you carry out the necessary settings for assigning wage types to wage type groups. You can assign your wage types to the wage type group 'Membership' (0057) and change existing assignments.

Requirements
You must have defined the wage types in the wage type catalog.
Standard settings
The standard SAP version already contains country-specific wage type groups.
Recommendation
Bear in mind that, if you delete a wage type from a wage type group, you cannot codify in all logical views connected with this wage type group. For this reason, SAP recommends you to be careful when deleting wage types from wage type groups.
Activities
Carry out the following steps in order to check or, if necessary, modify the assignment of wage types to a wage type group:
- Check the existing assignments.
You will only see wage types that were already in the wage type group.
- If you want to change the existing assignments, select New entries.
You will see a list with all the available wage types. Wage types that have already been assigned to a wage type group are flagged.
- Check the existing assignments. Flag those wage types you want to include in a wage type group. If you wish to delete a wage type from a wage type group, delete the corresponding flag.
- Save your entries.
