In this activity you can create your own Union dues wage types for use in the Membership (0057) infotype, by copying the model suggested in the standard SAP system.
These copies are the wage types that you can use and change to suit your specific requirements. This activity only covers wage types that can be used in the Membership (0057) infotype.
Note
- For information about configuring wage types using prototypes or by copying the wage types catalogs offered in the standard SAP R/3 system, see the steps 'Create wage types using wage type catalogs' and 'Create wage types using prototypes'.
- Note that the wage types copied from the model offered by SAP have the same properties as the model (valuation bases, processing class, evaluation class, etc). You can check the properties and change them if necessary in subsequent steps.
Attention
When naming wage types, use only the range of names reserved for your company wage types (wage types beginning with a number). Do not copy wage types to the area reserved for SAP wage type models (those beginning with a letter o a symbol).
Standard settings
The standard SAP R/3 system uses the wage type M340 'Union dues'.
