In this activity you can maintain the union dues wage types for arrears priorities and properties. You can also maintain arrears for retroactive accounting.
Example
In the case that the net amount is not enough to deduce all union dues, you have the following possibilities:
- You can deduce all or nothing. In this case, you must select the value 5 'Deduce all or nothing' as arrears property.
- You can deduce the total union dues amount of the net amount. The difference between the union dues and the net amount is paid to the employee as an advance payment. This advance is deducted from the net amount to be paid to the employee in the next period.
In this case, you must select the value 1 'Deduction of total amount' as arrears property.
Requirements
Standard settings
In the standard system , the wage type M340 'Union dues' has been fixed with priority C, arrears 5 'Deduct all or nothing' and retroactive accounting 3 'Adopt previous amount, only negative difference in arrears'.
