Use

In this Customizing activity, you set the periodicity of the basic salary in the Employee Catalog Updates and SAR Contributions report (HMXCSARPBS).

This means that you can use the CKSAR configuration option to define which of the following values the report displays in its output, in the fields containing the basic salary:

  • The basic salary by payroll period
  • The basic bimonthly salary

Requirements

Standard settings

In the standard system, the value of the CKSAR configuration option is 0 (zero). This means that the report displays the basic salary by payroll period. The system uses the wage type/PFV to fill the basic salary fields of the report.

Activities

The National Commission for the Pension System (CONSAR) has declared that from August 1, 2012 the form submitted by employers must indicate the bimonthly basic salary.

If you would like the report to exhibit this behavior in your system, you must change the value of the CKSAR configuration option to 1 (one). The system will then use the wage type/P06 to fill the basic salary fields of the report.
