In this IMG activity you can define which wage types corresponding to parts of the employee's income are exempt from tax.
To display the different types of exemptions according to the nature of the income, see the implementation guide in section Payroll Mexico -> Tax -> Income Tax -> Exemptions.
Requirements
Before carrying out this activity you should create your own wage types. To do so, see the detailed instructions in the implementation guide in section Personnel Administration -> Personnel Administration -> Payroll Data -> Wage Types-< Generate wage types through wage type catalog and/or Generate wage types through prototypes.
Activities
To perform this activity:
- Check the existing system entries.
- Create new entries according to your needs.
- According to its nature, determine whether each wage type should be included in the income tax calculation or not.
