This step assigns the company's payee key to the employer reference number based on the personnel subarea group and employee subgroup group.

The employer tax reference number identifies the employer for the payment of tax to the tax office.

Each employer could have a set of distinct tax numbers distributed over all the employees. This number identifies the employer during the payment of employee tax to the regional tax office
