This step assigns the company's payee key to the employer reference number based on the personnel subarea group and employee subgroup group.

The employer SOCSO reference number identifies the employer for the payment of SOCSO contributions to the SOCSO office.

Each employer could have a set of distinct SOCSO numbers distributed over all the employees. This number identifies the employer during the payment of employee SOCSO contributions to the regional SOCSO office.
