In this step, you set up time quotas for the remuneration statement.
For more information, refer to the section "Individual fields" or to the form editor documentation in the SAP Library.
The system distinguishes between the following time quotas for an employee:
- Attendance quotas
- Absence quotas
You can set up these time quotas in fixed positions (individual fields) or in a window.
This step describes how to set up time quotas in fixed positions (individual fields).
In this step, the entries in the fields Table, Table field, and Identifier differ from those described in the step "Individual fields".
Table/Table field
When setting up time quotas you can only enter fields from the following tables here:
- ZKT (Attendance quotas)
This table contains the attendance quotas for all employees.
- ZKQ (Absence quotas)
This table contains the absence quotas for all employees.
The allowed field names are listed in Help for the table field.
Example:
You want to print the key for an absence quota. This is stored in field "KTART" in table "ZKQ". In this case you must make the following entry in the fields Table and Table field:
ZKQ
KTART
Setting up text for a time quota type
If you want to print the text for an attendance or absence quota you must enter the key for the appropriate time quota type in the fields Table and Table field (table ZKQ, table field KTART or table ZKT and table field KTART)) and conversion "01" (new conversion key) or "35" (old conversion key) in the Conversion field. This causes the system to print the text for a time quota type.
Valid from date of a time quota type
The start and end dates are irrelevant for time quotas in fixed positions, that is, there is only one entry per time quota type in internal table "ZKQ" or "ZKT".
Identifier (Time quota type)
Specify the time quota type to be printed or whether the total of all time quota types is to be printed in this field. Your entry must consist of four characters. You have the following options.
- S*nn: Total of all records for quotas nn
- S***: total for all quotas
Example
You want to print the total of all time quota types. In this case you must enter the following in the Identifier field:
Y***
Example
You want to set up the absence quota for the employee for time quota type "01" in line 16 for form "ZF01". The following is to be printed in the individual columns in the line:
- from column 01 the key for the quota type
- from column 05 the text for the quota type
- from column 20 the number of the quota
- from column 25 the quota consumption
- from column 30 the remainder of the quota (= number minus consumption)
The data is to be printed only on the first page of the remuneration statement.
In the form editor, choose "Individual fields ", and make the following entries in the "Change individual fields " dialog box:
PType Position Tab. Tab. field Ident. Lngth Conv
FP 16 001 ZKQ KTART S*01 02
FP 16 005 ZKQ KTART S*01 15 01
FP 16 020 ZKQ ANZHL S*01 05
FP 16 025 ZKQ KVERB S*01 05
FP 16 030 ZKQ REST S*01 05
The entry in the Identifier indicates that data on time quota type "01" is to be printed, and in this case the data is the total ("*"). The data to be printed on this time quota type is stored in the Table field field. Since the quota is an absence quota, the fields from table "ZKQ" (absence quotas) must be specified here. Conversion "01" entered in the second line causes the system to print the text for the time quota type instead of the key.
The default lengths set up for the form editor were selected as the output length for some of the fields. In some cases a smaller output length was selected so that all data could be printed in one line. The line type "FP" indicates that the data is only to be printed on the first page of the remuneration statement.
Abbreviations used
The following abbreviations were used in the above examples:
