Use

In this activity, specify the two digit state codes for the three character state codes. The EPF report (RPCEBAL0) reads this two digit state code to print on the EPF download file, if you have selected either the Maybank or the Public Bank as the file download format.

Requirements

You must have:

  1. Maintained the three character state codes for the states, in the IMG under Personnel Management -> Personnel Administration -> Personal Data -> Addresses -> State.
  2. Maintained the Region (State Code) for the Company Code, in the IMG under Enterprise Structure -> Definition -> Financial Accounting -> Edit, Copy, Delete, Check Company Code. Select Edit Company Code Data.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Select New Entries.
  2. Select the Region, which is the three character state code.
  3. Enter a two digit state code for the Region.
  4. Save your entries.
