In this activity, assign the company's payee key to the employer reference number, based on the personnel subarea group and employee subgroup grouping.
The employer EPF reference number identifies the employer for the payment of contributions to the EPF office.
Each employer can have a set of distinct EPF numbers distributed over all the employees. This number identifies the employer during the payment of employee EPF contributions to the regional EPF office.
Also assign the Domain ID, Company ID, Bank Code and Maybank Account Number, if you are processing the Maybank format of the EPF report (RPCEBAL0).
Requirements
This step uses the previous steps' personnel subarea groups, employee subgroup groups and the payee information as references.
