Maintenance of entitlement condition is done via feature LFSTV. This feature must be configured for fixed-rule entitlement. With this feature, you can set who is eligible for the advance payment, the amount of advance payment based on a fixed amount or percentage of basic pay, the wage type and, the maximum and minimum amount of the advance payment.

Example

Company XX decides that an advance payment will be given to those employees who celebrate Hari Raya. Only those of the Malay ethnic group and whose religion is Islam will be entitled. The wage type will be 'MA00' and the amount is 100% of basic pay. If an employee's basic salary is higher than RM1,500, he/she will receive a maximum of RM1,500 in advance. If the employee's basic salary is below RM300, that particular employee will get a minimum of RM300 as advance payment.
