In the 'Taxes' screen of the Canadian Taxation infotype (224), you can display various applicable tax types for an employee. You can then select reason codes (via the Tax Indicator column) for a particular tax type if, for some reason, the tax is not applicable for an employee. One of the tax types in infotype 224 is the workers' compensation board tax (tax type WCB).

In this step, you define exemption reason codes for the workers' compensation board tax (tax type WCB in infotype 224). The codes you define here will then be displayed as possible entries for the Tax Indicator column for tax type WCB in infotype 224.
