In this step, you review both the model wage types that are delivered with the Vacation pay wage type group and their equivalents in the customer name range (which were copied in the previous step). In essence, this step enables you to review the contents of your vacation pay wage type catalogue for accuracy. By reviewing your wage type catalogue before you begin to process vacation payments, you can prevent potential errors that may occur otherwise.
Requirements
You have already created the vacation pay wage type catalogue specific to your enterprise.
Activities
Execute this IMG step.
On the subsequent screen, review the revised contents of the Vacation pay wage type group - in other words, your vacation pay wage type catalogue.
If your wage type catalogue now contains all of the wage types used in your enterprise whose amounts are vacationable under Canadian law, then exit this step and proceed to the next one.
If this group does not contain all such wage types, then select New entries.
In the Wage type column, enter the four-character designation of every additional wage type used in your enterprise whose amounts are vacationable under Canadian law.
Save your entries, exit this step, then proceed to the next one.
