Within rules K020, K023, K024 and K025, user wage types are stored in results table RT either with or without a split indicator. In addition, these wage types can be cumulated in technical wage types for further processing, e.g. for tax calculation purposes.
The processing of user wage types within the rules named above is driven by the following processing classes:
- Processing class 03 (in rule K020)
- Processing class 20 (in rule K023)
- Processing class 41 (in rule K024)
- Processing class 04 (in rule K025)
The cumulation of wage types within the Tax Cumulated Results Table (TCRT) is determined by processing class 70.
Activities
Within processing classes 03, 20, 41 and 04, assign to your wage types the appropriate specifications for cumulation into technical wage types and RT storage.
Within processing class 70, configure your wage types to be processed appropriately within the TCRT.
To these ends, execute this IMG step and configure the following processing classes accordingly.
- In processing class 03, only maintain time wage types for correct RT storage and for cumulation to technical wage types for tax calculation purposes.
- In processing class 20, maintain the appropriate specifications for your wage types.
- In processing class 41, maintain your wage types for RT storage and for cumulation in technical wage types.
- In processing class 04, maintain your wage types for correct RT storage and for cumulation to technical wage types for tax calculation purposes.
- In processing class 70, maintain your wage types for correct year-to-date cumulation and storage in table TCRT.
