Use

In this step, you specify the software attributes of the external HRSDC software application ROE Laser Print. These attributes are required by the ROE Workbench during the creation of batch files.

Note

If your enterprise has elected to activate the ROE Workbench for productive use with ROE Web, rather than ROE Laser Print, you may omit this step, provided that your enterprise does not intend to use ROE Laser Print again in the future.

Activities

  1. Execute this IMG step.
  2. On the subsequent screen, make the appropriate entries in each of the following four fields:
    • File header
    • Major software version
    • Minor software version
    • Software revision
  3. If desired, select the checkbox Update software attributes.
  4. Choose Execute.
  5. Review the subsequent log display. If necessary, resolve any errors that are present therein.
  6. Once the results you review are satisfactory, then exit this step.

Upon executing this step, your configuration for the ROE Workbench is complete. You may now use this application to extract ROE form data for subsequent printing via the external HRSDC software application ROE Laser Print.
