In this step, you maintain the employer name(s) and address(es) that will appear in Block 4 of the Record of Employment. Since this data is maintained at the personnel area level, corporate names and addresses must be maintained for every appropriate personnel area.
Activities
Execute this IMG step.
On the subsequent screen, select New entries.
In the Personnel area field, specify the four-character designation of the personnel area whose address is to be maintained. Also enter an accompanying description, as well as the address information that pertains to that personnel area.
Repeat step 3. until a name, description and address has been maintained for every appropriate personnel area.
Save your entries, then proceed with configuration.
