Use
In this step, you link the absence types and attendance types that you defined in the Personnel Time Management Implementation Guide with the ROE reason codes used in your enterprise. This linkage ensures that all ROE forms issued for specific absence types reflect the appropriate ROE reason code.
Note
This linkage occurs at the personnel subgrouping level. Consequently, each absence type and attendance type must be maintained for every appropriate personnel subgrouping.
Example
To link absence type Sickness with ROE reason code D (Illness or Injury) for personnel subgrouping 07, you would execute this IMG step and make the following entry:
PSG A/AType Text From To RC ROE Reason 07 0200 Sickness 01/01/1998 12/31/9999 D Illness/Injury
Requirements
You have already maintained both of the following:
all relevant absence types and attendance types (in the Personnel Time Management Implementation Guide), as well as
any custom ROE reason codes (in a previous the step of this chapter)
Activities
Execute this IMG step.
On the subsequent screen, select New entries.
Specify every valid combination of absence types and ROE reason codes for every appropriate personnel subgrouping. Also specify each valid combination of attendance types and ROE reason codes for your applicable personnel subgroupings.
Save your entries, then proceed with configuration.
