In this step, you link the personnel actions and personnel action reasons that you have maintained in the Personnel Administration IMG to the ROE reason codes defined by HRSDC as well as your enterprise (if you have created custom reason codes in the previous step).

Example

In the previous step, your enterprise has created a custom ROE reason code - K, corresponding to Death of employee. In order to link that code to Personnel Administration data, you would execute this IMG step and make the following entries:

Requirements

You have already maintained:

  1. all relevant personnel action types and reasons
    (in the Personnel Administration IMG), as well as
  2. any custom ROE reason codes
    (in the previous step of this chapter)

Activities

  1. Execute this IMG step.
  2. On the subsequent screen, select New entries.
  3. Specify every valid combination of personnel actions, personnel action reasons, and ROE reason codes.
  4. Save your entries, then proceed with configuration.
