In this step, you assign the rounding rule to separation payroll separation simulation payroll respectively, then to the employee grouping.
You can adopt the same period for employees whose actual service period falls in a certain interval in separation payment calculation.
Example
To calculate the service period in a six-month cycle, when the actual service period is 14 months, you will use 18 months as the service period in separation pay calculation. To do so, define a rounding rule as below and assign it to the separation payroll, then assign it to the employee grouping.
