Personnel calculation rule KRQ1 is used to entitle monthly leave quota and personnel calculation rule KRQ2 is used to accrue menstruation leave quota.
1. Personnel calculation rule KRQ1
In case of maternity leave, leave period will not be regarded as inactive days for annual leave entitlement while monthly leave quota is not generated for employees on leave. Hence, you should take into account maternity leave in base entitlement accrual step instead of reducing quota entitlement depending on absence type.
Following steps are processed:
- In the first step, maternity leave days are cumulated in time type KR02 (maternity leave days).
- At the end of time evaluation period, if time type KR02 is 0, then time type KR01 (Monthly LQ Entitle) would be set to 1. This means that a day of monthly leave quota is accrued for employees who have taken no maternity leave during time evaluation period.
2. Personnel calculation rule KRQ2
At the end of time evaluation period, KR11 (Menstrual LQ Entitle) is set to 1 for female employees. This means that a day of menstrual leave quota is generated for female employees every time evaluation period.
Activities
- Check that personnel calculation rules KRQ1 and KRQ2 meet your requirements
- If necessary, adapt personnel calculation rules KRQ1 and KRQ2 so that they meet your requirements
- Put personnel calculation rule into proper time evaluation schema
- TM00 : Time evaluation with clock times
- TM04 : Time evaluation without clock times
- TQTA : Time evaluation for only quota generation
Notes
- The personnel calculation rules mentioned above should be placed before time function CUMBT (Cumulation of Interim Results).
- If you don't want to use time evaluation, you can also meet your requirements through implementing customer user exit function.
