In this step, you determine payroll category in which you want to compensate unused leave quota.

Default setting

The standard SAP system contains the following possibilities:

  • the wage type is compensated in monthly payroll or retirement

    liquidation payroll.

  • the wage type is compensated in leave compensation payroll.

Activities

1. Flag a wage type and choose Goto -> Details.

2. In processing class 63, define payroll category to be paid in.
