In this step you check the priorities of garnishment wage types. Furthermore, you check that the wage types are processed correctly in the case that the net amount is not sufficient to cover what is garnished.

Requirements
Standard settings
Some wage types have been assigned priorities in the standard SAP system.
Recommendation
It is recommended that the garnishment wage types that contain the deductions receive the highest priority and that no reduction of the garnishment is allowed when the net amount is not sufficient to cover the garnishment.
Activities
Check that the garnishment wage types have correct priorities. In addition, check the arrears processing of the wage types.
