If you do not want to pay all the legal deductions for a guaranteed net amount, you determine in this step which deductions you do want to pay.

Standard settings

In the standard system, the employer pays all legal deductions on the guaranteed net amount for every type of guaranteed net amount.

Activities

  1. In the following view, create guaranteed net amount types by copying the types supported in the standard system.
  2. Create the corresponding deduction wage types that are to be used by the employer.
  3. In the second view assign your user wage types for guaranteed net amounts to your separate types of guaranteed net amount in the step "Determine type of guaranteed net amount".
