In this step, you define the wage types to be transferred for each payroll period.

Example

Requirements

  1. Master data for the personnel number for which payroll results are being transferred must exist. This includes infotypes 0000, 0001 and 0003.
  2. With this release, it is assumed that no prior payroll results for the employee(s) exist within SAP.

  1. For each employee�s payroll period defined in table T558B, enter the wage types to be transferred in table T5K8C.

&ADDITIONAL HINTS&

The PerNo and SeqNr fields are the keys which link table T558B and T5K8C. Wage types can be transferred to the appropriate table in the payroll cluster RK by means of the TblT field. The following table types are available:

  • �A� = Wage type will be transferred to the ARRRS table
  • �C� = Wage type will be transferred to the CRT table.
  • �T� = Wage type will be transferred to the TCRT table.
  • space = Wage type will be transferred to the RT table.
