Requirements

Standard settings

This table defines:

  • the wage types including the amounts paid by other employers and/or by third parties (valued in infotypes 0305 and 0158);
  • the amount to be paid for the year subsequent to the current fiscal year (if existing);
  • the amount to be settled for the current fiscal year (only in case of leaving).

Recommendation

It is to be noted that for each region/regional tax indicator at least two settlement methods should be defined:

  • the standard method, at year end, for the calculation of the amount to be paid the following year;
  • the leaving one for the settlement of the amount to be paid for the current fiscal year.
