In this step of the implementation table all taxation indicators used in the system are defined, among other things also for municipality taxes.
Example
Taxation formula indicator: 0.375% = 0375
Progressive: 00010 (the same for all indicators)
Requirements
Standard settings
The Update program has already filled in the table with the taxations formulas needed to the municipality tax calculation.
Recommendation
Review the values of the standard, add the ones used for the additional municipality tax and normalize them.
0.25% = 0250
0.333% = 0333
Activities
Determine the taxation formula which will be later assigned to each municipality tax.
Further notes
The formulas defined in this table are absolutely generic and independent from the functionality which is examined. This means that municipality taxes calculated by means of the same formula (percentage of taxation) can have the same indicator defined here.
