Define insurance pay scale jumps
Example
Requirements
In this step the insurance pay scale jump calculation has been carried out. This calculation is made of three different types which are linked to three different evaluation indicator ranges:
> table class (evaluation indicator 70 - 73 )
> service class (evaluation indicator 74 - 76 )
> level automation (evaluation indicator 77 - 79 ).
With reference to this pay scale jump type it is possible to enter three pay scale jumps indicators at the same time.
Standard settings
Recommendation
In table T510 all the wage types which compose the base pay must have been previously defined for each level foreseen by the contract.
Activities
If the evaluation indicator is between 70 - 73 the sublevel field is updated with reference to the infotype 0008 (TRFST).
If the evaluation indicator is between 74 - 76 the service field is updated with reference to the infotype 0159 (CDCL1 , CDCL2 or CDCL3 )
If the evaluation indicator is between 77 -79 the level field is updated with reference to the infotype 0008 ( TRFGR ).
For all the examples above mentioned the next pay scale jump date on IT0159 is updated by adding the number of months foreseen on the table relevant to the new class, to the new level or to the new sublevel. If the employee has reached the max. number of pay scale jumps, the number of attendance months must be set on 999.
