Rule ITLF has been checked and, if necessary, changed.
Recommendation
Function ITLFB is to be performed only after rule ITLF starts.
Rule ITLF generates wage types /4QB and /4QC, which are used by the function in question in order to determine the amounts of Fringe Benefits or donations.
Activities
Check whether the standard supplied by SAP meets your requirements and if necessary implement it.
Remember that the parameter to be entered at function start is the one determined in the key of table T5ITLF
