Use
The setting of the report for filling in forms F24, CUD and 770 is carried out in this chapter.
It is a view cluster to which four activities are connected. Two of them are defined by the user:
- Connect indicator to the wage types;
- Rounding indicator.
Example
As for form F24, section "Tax authorities", the F24 indicator no. 1668 is connected to wage types M714 and M7I4, and it is established that rounding is to Lit. 1000, according to law provisions.
Standard settings
The activities "Create forms" and "Create section" are supplied by SAP and they cannot be changed.
Recommendation
For each section of forms F24, CUD and 770 it is necessary:
- to connect the indicator (or indicators) to one or more wage types by highlighting a section (e.g. Tax authorities) in the initial screen and clicking activity "Connect indicator to wage types" in window "Navigation"; in this way the system opens a table enabling you to carry out this activity;
- to define the rounding type; this activity is necessary for various sections of the three forms, for instance for section "Tax authorities", "INPS" and "Regions", as they are numeric values. Repeat the same procedure by clicking activity "Rounding indicator".
Activities
The sign + or - of the table that connects the indicators to the wage types refers to the calculation type (sum or subtraction). Valid for all forms.
By double-clicking a table item, you access a view indicating whether the wage type is a debit or credit wage type (columns "Paid debit amounts" or "Cleared credit amounts" of form F24). Valid for form F24 only.
You can print the form with values in Lit or Euro: select "Lire form" or "Euro form" in frame "Print F24/CUD/770: Currency" and run the report. The values in Lit. are indicated in thousand lire; values in Euro are indicated with decimals (1 or 2 figures after comma, according to whether there is truncation or not). Valid for form F24 only.
Only if you deactivate all fields in frame "Results test" you can run a print preview or print the form. Otherwise the report displays the test results view according to the standard criteria.
